Alandale Villas

Alandale Lifestyle Village is a safe and secure community, designed for active residents.  At Alandale you own your home - all our villas are individually owned with freehold unit titles.

The price of each villa varies according to type, size, and location. There are 13 different floor plans of villas. Some are two bedroom with one bathroom and a single garage, others have two bedrooms plus a study (or third bedroom). The larger villas have a double garage. All are constructed of brick with a tiled roof and feature tiled bathrooms and automatic garage door openers.

As you own your own title at Alandale the maintenance of the interior is the responsibility of individual owners.
