The Alandale staff are committed to serving the best interests of the residents in the village.

Manager: Meredith Adams

Principal Nurse: Anne Parker

As well as the Principal Nurse, there are four other Registered Nurses, who work on-call each night and on the weekend to ensure residents have access to emergency care. Each Villa has an emergency pager so help is never far away.

Other staff include a maintenance manager and three gardening staff who work to keep Alandale grounds and facilities in top condition.
