Serviced Apartments

Serviced apartments at Alandale are ideal for those who are still active, and independent but need some help. All meals, cleaning and laundry services are provided. The weekly service fee also includes electricity costs and all insurance costs excluding vehicle insurance. Our apartments are the perfect compromise, with total independence. Residents in our Serviced Apartments have  convenient, and close access to all facilities and activities offered in our Clubhouse.

Emergency nursing care is provided via a push button, the same as that provided to our Villas. Pendent alarms can also be hired.

The Serviced Apartment common areas have recently been refurbished.
