Staff

Ross is originally from Bluff in the Deep South and started his career as a Trainee Chef before moving into Hotel Management, where he worked in a number of senior management positions in NZ and SE-Asia before taking up a role as Village Manager in Auckland in 2006.  Ross started at Alandale in May 2013 and brings valuable operational and management experience after working for a number of years in the retirement sector.

 

Originally from Mauritius (a very small Country in the Indian Ocean), Roberto has been working in Resorts Management/Operations for a number of years.  Being in New Zealand for 10 years he has spent the
last 8 years in the Retirement Village Industry in management positions.

In his spare time, soccer mad Roberto enjoys playing soccer and watching the English Premier League.

A country girl at heart, Sandra loves coming to work at Alandale.  The beautiful country like surrounds, magnificent gardens and peaceful tranquility of the Waikato River just outside our clubhouse doors is just magic.  The beautiful surroundings combined with all the wonderful residents, who she enjoys dealing with,
means Sandra really enjoys being the Receptionist here at Alandale.

 Outside of work Sandra’s a busy mum of 3 children and has a passion for cake decorating, sugarcraft and gardening.
